Cancellations

Thank you for choosing our therapeutic services. We understand that life can be unpredictable and that sometimes changes to scheduled appointments are necessary. However, to ensure that we can efficiently serve all clients and maintain a structured practice, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  1. Notification:
    If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can notify us via phone, email, or through any other communication method provided at the time of booking.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee:
    Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. This is to account for the time that was set aside specifically for you, which may not be utilised by another client on such short notice.

  3. No-show Policy:
    If you miss a session without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Consistent no-shows may result in the termination of future scheduled sessions.

  4. Emergencies:
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a genuine emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will discuss waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

  5. Rescheduling:
    If you wish to reschedule your session, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any late cancellation fees. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date, based on availability.

  6. Payment of Cancellation Fees:
    Any applicable fees should be settled before the booking of your next session.

  7. Late Arrival:
    If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, ensuring that other clients are not delayed. Please note that you will be charged for the full session, even if it was shortened due to late arrival.
